eStatements

Our eStatements service is available for the delivery of your checking and savings statements. It's a great way to maximize your convenience, enhance the security and easily manage all your account statements. And, by replacing your paper statement with eStatements you'll be doing your part to help the environment.

eStatements are:

Convenient:

• Receive e-mail alerts when your eStatements are available
• Your eStatements will remain available on the system for 18 months
• Invite a third party, such as your accountant, to view your eStatements

Secure:

• You'll have peace of mind knowing your financial information is secure since there is no risk of an eStatement being lost in the mail

Manageable:

• Save your eStatements to your computer as PDFs
• Your current statement features will carry over to eStatements. If you're receiving images of your canceled checks or have a Portfolio Statement, those services will continue

Signing up for eStatements is easy!

Just follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to Hampshire First Online Banker
2. Select Statement tab in the gray navigation bar
3. Read and accept the Online Statement Customer Agreement
4. Confirm or update your e-mail address for alerts
5. Select the account(s) you would like to enroll
6. Click the Enroll button
