The Bank was established to provide commercial banking services to central and southern New Hampshire. The Bank's first banking center was opened at 221 Main Street in Nashua, New Hampshire on November 27, 2006. The second banking center opened at 80 Canal Street Manchester, New Hampshire on March 12, 2007. The Bank also received approval on August 24, 2007 to open a third banking center at 391 West Street, Keene, New Hampshire.
